jlil7 is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through the jlil7 platform, as defined under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

As data controller, jlil7 determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is accountable for ensuring that such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law and the conditions of its PAGCOR operating licence.

3.1 Directly from You

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, jlil7 processes your personal data on the following legal grounds:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary to perform the contract between jlil7 and the Player — specifically, to operate your account, process transactions, and deliver the gaming services you have requested;
• Legal Obligation: Processing is required for jlil7 to comply with its obligations under PAGCOR's licensing conditions, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160 as amended), and other applicable Philippine legislation;
• Legitimate Interests: Processing is carried out for jlil7's legitimate interests in fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and business analytics, provided these interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights;
• Consent: Where jlil7 relies on consent as the legal basis — for example, for optional marketing communications — you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

5. How We Use Your Personal Data

jlil7 uses your personal data for the following specific purposes:

• Creating and managing your jlil7 account, including verifying your identity and age (21+ requirement under PAGCOR regulations);
• Processing deposits and withdrawals through your chosen payment method (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others);
• Providing and improving casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, bingo, and all other platform services;
• Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activities as required under Philippine law;
• Administering responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion, in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework;
• Sending transactional communications such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal status updates, and security alerts — these cannot be opted out of as they are essential to account operation;
• Sending promotional and marketing communications where you have provided consent;
• Generating aggregated, anonymised analytics to understand platform usage patterns and improve the jlil7 user experience;
• Complying with regulatory reporting obligations to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

jlil7 does not sell your personal data. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers

jlil7 engages carefully selected third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. These include payment processors (for GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and card payments), KYC identity verification providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and customer support platform operators. All service providers are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by jlil7 and to maintain appropriate security measures.

6.2 Regulatory and Legal Disclosure

jlil7 may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, the NPC, law enforcement agencies, or courts where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. jlil7 will notify affected Players of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.

6.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets involving jlil7, personal data held by jlil7 may be transferred to the relevant successor entity. Players will be notified in advance of any such transfer and of any changes to this Privacy Policy that may result.

6.4 Consent-Based Sharing

jlil7 will not share your personal data with any other third party unless you have provided explicit, informed consent for that specific sharing arrangement.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

jlil7 uses the following categories of cookies and similar technologies on the jlil7 platform:

jlil7 does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or any cookie that shares your data with third-party advertising networks. You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser's privacy settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging into your jlil7 account.

8. Data Retention

jlil7 retains personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods required by Philippine law:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required under PAGCOR licensing conditions and the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Transaction and Betting Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, for regulatory audit and dispute resolution purposes;
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship, in compliance with AMLC requirements;
• Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless longer retention is required for an ongoing dispute;
• Marketing Preferences and Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your account plus three (3) years, as evidence of consent management compliance.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised using industry-standard data destruction procedures. Anonymised aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for statistical analysis purposes as it no longer constitutes personal data.

9. Data Security

jlil7 implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 or higher) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and jlil7 servers;
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive personal data stored at rest, including identity documents and financial information;
• Role-based access controls ensuring that jlil7 personnel can access personal data only to the extent strictly necessary for their job function;
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for all jlil7 staff accessing systems that contain personal data;
• Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments conducted by independent third-party security specialists;
• 24/7 security monitoring and intrusion detection systems;
• Documented incident response procedures to contain and manage any data security breach within the timeframes required by the NPC.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in significant risk or harm to affected Players, jlil7 will notify the NPC within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach and will notify affected Players as soon as reasonably practicable, in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

10. Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jlil7. To exercise any of these rights, contact jlil7 player support at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Subject Rights Request". jlil7 will respond within fifteen (15) business days.

If you are not satisfied with jlil7's response to a data subject rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Information on how to file a complaint is available on the NPC's official website at privacy.gov.ph.

11. Children and Minors

jlil7 implements age verification at the point of registration and through KYC procedures to prevent minors from accessing the platform. Parents and guardians who suspect that a minor may have created a jlil7 account should contact player support immediately at [email protected].

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The jlil7 platform may contain references to third-party payment services (such as GCash, Maya, BPI, and BDO) and game content providers. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies, which are independent of this Privacy Policy. jlil7 is not responsible for the data practices of third-party services accessed through or in connection with the jlil7 platform.

Where jlil7 shares data with third-party service providers for the purposes described in Section 6, those providers are contractually required to maintain data protection standards consistent with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

jlil7 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or platform features. Material changes will be communicated to Players via registered email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the effective date of the change, where practicable.

The most current version of this Privacy Policy is always available at jlil7.net/privacy-policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the jlil7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Where changes involve a new purpose for processing your personal data that requires your consent, jlil7 will seek that consent separately before commencing processing for the new purpose.
