1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jlil7", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jlil7 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jlil7.net and through the jlil7 mobile application.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jlil7 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the jlil7 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 These Terms are published in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with the English language version. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English text shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

2.4 These Terms must be read in conjunction with the jlil7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between the Player and jlil7.

3. Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account on jlil7, a Player must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be physically located within the Philippines at the time of account registration and during use of the platform;
• Not be a politically exposed person (PEP) prohibited from participating in online gaming under applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jlil7 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such individual;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or communicated to jlil7 through applicable regulatory channels;
• Not be previously banned or suspended from the jlil7 platform for any reason.

3.2 jlil7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jlil7 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution of the verification process.

3.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the jlil7 platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in their jurisdiction. jlil7 makes no representation that the platform is legal or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Each individual may register only one (1) jlil7 account. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances that cannot be attributed to legitimate play.

4.2 During registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jlil7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4.4 Players must notify jlil7 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or suspicious activity on their account. jlil7 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account pending investigation of any reported security concern.

4.5 Account credentials must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any third party. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or assign a jlil7 account to another individual is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.1 KYC Verification

jlil7 is required under PAGCOR licensing conditions and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of all players. Verification is triggered upon first withdrawal request, upon deposits exceeding specified thresholds, or at any time jlil7 reasonably deems necessary. Acceptable documents include government-issued Philippine identification such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, or voter's ID. KYC documents are processed in accordance with the jlil7 Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 All financial transactions on the jlil7 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions (USDT TRC20), which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

5.2 jlil7 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.3 Deposits are generally credited to a Player's account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. jlil7 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network congestion outside jlil7's control.

5.4 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be complete and approved;
• No active bonus wagering requirement may be pending at the time of the request unless the Player elects to forfeit all bonus funds;
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own verified name;
• The request must not be flagged by jlil7's anti-money laundering monitoring systems.

5.5 jlil7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request additional documentation. Processing times vary by payment method but jlil7 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days.

5.6 Players must not use the jlil7 platform as a money transfer or currency exchange facility. Any deposits not followed by genuine gaming activity may be treated as suspicious transactions and reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by Republic Act No. 9160, as amended.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 jlil7 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jlil7 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that expire before wagering is complete are forfeited without compensation;

6.3 jlil7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to modification will have their existing bonus terms honoured, except where the modification is required to comply with regulatory directives.

6.4 Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only and may not be transferred between accounts or converted into cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering conditions.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

7.1 All casino games available on jlil7 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlil7 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one jlil7 account, whether individually or in coordination with other persons;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage; Players who discover such errors must report them to jlil7 support immediately;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity in violation of Philippine law;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the jlil7 platform;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward jlil7 staff or other players via any platform communication channel.

8.2 jlil7 employs real-time monitoring and fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended pending manual review. jlil7 will notify affected Players as soon as practicable, except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the jlil7 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of jlil7 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlil7 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any jlil7 content.

9.3 The jlil7 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jlil7. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlil7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

10.2 jlil7's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 jlil7 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services. jlil7 accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jlil7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 jlil7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The platform provides the following player protection tools, all accessible directly from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that can be set or reduced by the Player at any time, with increases subject to a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month;
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications at configurable intervals reminding Players of the duration of their active session;

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 jlil7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• A Player is found to have provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• A Player's account is associated with suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• jlil7 is required to do so by PAGCOR directive, court order, or applicable Philippine law;
• Continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jlil7.

12.2 Upon termination for cause, jlil7 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any account balance pending the conclusion of any investigation. Where termination is not attributable to Player breach or misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, net of any outstanding wagering obligations.

12.3 A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlil7 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course prior to account closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 jlil7 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via registered email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, where practicable.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and jlil7, the Player should first contact jlil7 support to seek an informal resolution. jlil7 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

14.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulatory procedures.

14.4 For disputes that remain unresolved following exhaustion of the above procedures, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.5 Nothing in this section shall prevent jlil7 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where jlil7 determines such action is necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
